It’s spring 2021 and I’m taking a classic 8-week MBCT course with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
My focus is on stress (and irritability), which is what’s currently challenging in my life.
Each morning, I’m doing a body scan, as taught in the 8-week course. I’m doing this one from the OMC’s YouTube channel. I’m working on knowing how feelings like stress appear in the body, and accepting them as they are.
